Returns & Exchanges

Change of products for web purchases:

  • Changes are accepted within 5 calendar days (from delivery of the product).
  • Refunds are not accepted for discounted products.
  • For a product exchange to be valid, the garment must be in perfect condition, with tags and no evidence of use.
  • Money refunds are accepted.

Change request for web purchases:

If you wish to exchange a purchased product, you must send us an email to: experience.coquelicot@gmail.com or to the number +51 980 684 557 with the following information:

  • Email subject: PRODUCT CHANGE – CUSTOMER NAME
  • Order number
  • Complete data (name, ID, contact number).
  • Indicate purchased part
  • Indicate selected part for product change.

Within 2 business days, they will respond to the email with the place where you should leave the product to be exchanged. Once the product is received, the quality team will confirm the correct condition of the product to be exchanged (no signs of washing, use, or damage to the part). If the product is in optimal condition, the exchange will proceed. Otherwise, it will be returned to the client with the product quality report.

In the case of national and international shipments, the cost of transportation must be assumed by the customer.

Return request for web purchases:

Returns are accepted within 5 days (from delivery of the product). Orders with the “Pick up at office” option must be picked up within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. After this period, returns will not be possible.

If you want your money back, you must send us an email to: experience.coquelicot@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Email subject: MONEY RETURN – CUSTOMER NAME
  • Order number
  • Part to return
  • Purchase method (Web or WhatsApp)

If you made your purchase through our website or Casa Coquelicot, the time in which you can request the exchange and/or return is up to 5 calendar DAYS after delivery.

Orders with the “Office Pickup” option must be picked up within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. After this period, returns will not be possible.

Only one exchange and/or return process is accepted per order. Returns of parts purchased at a discount are not accepted.

Important: Returns do not apply to pieces that have NOT followed the cleaning and/or care instructions, have used chemicals that deteriorate the material, have been altered or modified by the customer, or show signs of having been used.

In the event of a refund at the customer's request, for purchases at Casa Coquelicot where AMEX OR DINERS cards have been used, a withholding of 5% of the total item to be returned will be made, due to the demands of both entities.

LES NÉRÉIDES jewelry conditions

Care instructions for Les Néréides Paris products:

  • Do not wear jewelry while you sleep.
  • Do not wear jewelry while doing sports.
  • Avoid contact of jewelry with water.
  • Avoid contact of jewelry with chemical substances such as perfume, hairspray, soap, detergents, etc.
  • After using the jewelry, we recommend wiping it with a soft, clean cloth before storing it.
  • When you do not wear your jewelry, please store it in a cloth bag or soft material box to avoid oxidation, breakage and/or scratches.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Once Les Néréides Paris products have been purchased, they cannot be returned. However, exchanges will be accepted for Les Néréides Paris products of the same or higher value (with payment of the difference) during the first 7 business days as long as:
    • These do not present damage, deterioration, signs of use or others.
    • Physically present the product in its original packaging and the accounting document issued at the time of purchase.

Warranty:

  • The warranty on Les Néréides Paris products lasts 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Customers who have purchased parts with defects must physically present the product in its original packaging and the accounting document issued at the time of purchase as the main requirement. This must be done within the time stipulated in the previous point.
  • Defective parts that we receive from our customers will undergo an initial review in order to see if they can be repaired. If this is not possible, these will be exchanged for the same product purchased as long as it is available. If the same product is not available, the exchange can be made for another of the same value or a greater value by paying the difference.
  • Parts that are defective must be returned in the packaging received at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by factors not related to the production of the piece (example: accidents, electrical accidents, wear and tear due to use). Likewise, products modified or repaired by the User or any other person not authorized by the supplier or manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.
